Our MISSION at FCC is to Love God, Build the Church, and Reach the World. Through the Spirit of Jesus we are called to love God with everything we have, show his love to our neighbors, and to make disciples of everyone we come across. Throughout history, Jesus’ way of accomplishing these things has been by empowering his Church, which we get to be a part of locally here in Clinton, Illinois.[i]
Our VISION and desire is for FCC to become a passionate community of disciple-makers. Jesus’ desire for us all is to experience true meaning and joy found in relationship with him and to teach and share that with others. We are incredibly passionate about modeling and teaching what it truly means to follow Christ as his disciples and lead others to do the same.
Our CORE VALUES below are our foundation for ministry here at FCC that we strive to embody in everything that we do to be faithful to our mission and vision and the calling that Jesus has given to us here in Clinton, Illinois.

WORSHIP – We respond to God's goodness
PRAYER – We pray for the Kingdom of God to come here and now.

- All of us were created in the image of God and made to reflect his love and goodness to the world (Gen. 1:27)

- Jesus offers life and grace both now and forever for those who enter into relationship with him (John 3:16, 10:10; Acts 2:38, Rom. 6:23, Eph. 2:8-9)
- We celebrate communion together weekly (Acts 20:7; 1 Cor. 11:23-29)
- Baptism is an act of obedience, a celebration, and part of the salvation process of becoming more like Jesus (Acts 2:38; 1 Cor. 15:1-2)
- We are all gifted and called by God for the sake of His Church (Rom. 12:3-8, Eph. 4:7-13, 1 Pet. 2:9)
